This is a recreation of the flag used by the Green Mountain Boys, a militia formed in southwestern Vermont in the decade prior to the Revolutionary War. During the war, The Green Mountain Boys famously captured Fort Ticonderoga, Crown Point and Fort George and briefly held St.Johns in Quebec. In Kaiserreich, the emblem and flag can be seen used as divisional flags for forces developed out of the Vermont National Guard.

Although many variants exist, in it's most popular variant, the flag features a field of green with an azure canton. The canton has a constellation of thirteen five-pointed white stars spread in a natural pattern. The flag was often presented with a golden flourish.
