Returns

Our webshop runs on a Print-On-Demand system. This means we do not hold a stock of items: Every item in your order was custom-made for your specific purchase. Therefore, we do not generally offer returns or refunds. There is no stock for your items to return to - if you return items to the manufacturing company, they will simply be tossed out upon arrival.

Instead, if you are looking to exchange a product, reach out to me at vincent@kaisercatcinema.com. We try and solve replacement requests on an individual basis, by giving out discounts or sending out a second item - in all cases, it is best you keep the original item you received.
